LA-Based vocalist Judy Wexler has released seven CDs during the course of her twenty-year career. She is known for finding great songs that are often overlooked. This was specifically the goal on one of her earlier CDs, Crowded Heart, released in 2019. I was thrilled to hear the songs on this CD, many of which were somewhat familiar but which I hadn't heard in quite some time. We'll hear a few songs from this CD during Sunday's show. Her latest CD is called No Wonder, and here we are back to favorite Great American Songbook tunes, such as You Stepped Out of a Dream and That Sunday, That Summer - with some exceptions.
